Authentic materials enhance the experience and narrative of a concession kiosk. Sodexo challenged Ikoniq to create a themed design to stand out at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C.

Inspired by the iconic American farmers’ markets, period details were used to mirror the look of a public market. Materials included reclaimed wood, and fabricated countertops that were then finished to stand up to outdoor use.
