When Gameday Merchandising wanted to fuel the excitement of merchandising at the track in Daytona, FL, Ikoniq’s team designed a container unit (sectioned into three retail displays) connected with custom awnings and flooring.

As an accessory property to the 72-unit Daytona Max tower, Bayshore is providing the Wolf Bar as an amenity to the main property. The Wolf is truly two bars in one, with conditioned space upstairs and a downstairs space that is open to the beach. With the container bar as the project's focus, additional rental units are made available as overflow to the Max. Comprised of Casitas which are single units based on a typical hotel room and villas, which are two and three bedroom modular building units, the property provides a range of options for short and longer-term stays.

A renovation of this fan favorite Spring Training facility relied on Ikoniq designed carts to create new concession options.

As new apartments come online, owners are seeking more reliable and cost effective ways to add units. Modular is becoming the go-to method of managing costs and timelines, while delivering superior quality.

Proposed for a new public-private partnership, the container park at Currie Park comes to life. Part entertainment venue, part local vendor market, part gourmet marketplace, the modern container park is more of an open-air mixed use center than food hall.
