Acrisure Arena
Acrisure Arena’s The Patio redefines event spaces with its unique indoor-outdoor concessions plaza, featuring grab-and-go markets and a vibrant atmosphere, enhancing the fan experience in stunning Southern California.
Acrisure is a multi-purpose, 11,000+ capacity indoor arena in Coachella Valley, California. The project broke ground in June 2021 and the arena opened in December 2022. When conceptualizing the space, the owners wanted it to be dual-functioning—a home for AHL’s Coachella Valley Firebirds, as well as live entertainment, music, and events. The stadium hosts around 120 events annually.
Transforming Fan Experiences
We worked with Oak View Group—Acrisure’s operators and partial owners—to create a cohesive, full-venue solution. The highlight of the arena is their concessions plaza–The Patio—which is the first of its kind. This open air marketplace takes advantage of the beautiful weather in Southern California by creating an indoor/outdoor experience for fans attending a game, concert, or event.
A Culinary Experience with a View
The Patio offers a wide selection of food and beverage options alongside live music for guests to enjoy as they watch the sunset over the mountains before the main event begins. We collaborated with their team to create this unique experience, designing a space that offers a variety of grab & go mini markets, where guests can pick up hot prepared foods, snacks, and beverages from local and regional favorites.
