Globe Life Field, Texas Rangers

Redefining stadium dining, we collaborated with Delaware North to create versatile service islands, offering diverse and convenient food options throughout the retractable roof stadium.

Globe Life Field, home of MLB’s Texas Rangers, is a retractable roof stadium in Arlington, Texas with a capacity of 40,300 fans. The project broke ground in September 2017 and opened in May 2020. The goal of the project was to bring a more comfortable baseball experience to an area prone to high temperatures and frequent rain. In addition to MLB games and live music events, the stadium has also hosted The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association’s National Finals Rodeo, as well as college football.

Elevating Stadium Dining with Unique Culinary Experiences

Delaware North, the Rangers’ hospitality and retail partner, wanted to bring a top-tier culinary experience that blends new, unique, and local offerings with ballpark classics.

Service Islands for Enhanced Guest Experience

We worked closely with the Delaware North and culinary team during the development process to come up with solutions that allowed for cooking on the concourse, expanding their menu beyond the limits of traditional concessions carts. We designed islands of service—creating small, memorable spots scaled to the different needs throughout the space, with points of service directly where the guests gather.

By transforming concession areas with tailored service solutions, we elevated the culinary experience at Globe Life Field, ensuring every guest enjoys a unique and memorable visit.
