Tulane Yulman Stadium
Yulman Stadium, nestled in the heart of Tulane University’s Uptown campus, blends a vibrant game-day atmosphere with innovative concessions designed to keep fans moving and engaged.
Yulman Stadium is the on-campus football venue at Tulane University on New Orleans, Louisiana. Situated on the university’s Uptown campus, it can hold up to 30,000 spectators. Back in 2014, Yulman Stadium replaced the then Mercedes-Benz Superdome as the home of Tulane Green Wave football.
On game days, Yulman Stadium fills up with over 25k attendees. The stadium was built with the ability to add more seats to the sidelines if future expansion is needed.
Designed to keep the lines moving and guests flowing easily through the space, Yulman’s concessions are spread throughout the main ground-level concourse and the upper level, overlooking the New Orleans skyline.
We worked with the Aramark team at Yulman to create a fleet of portable concessions that enhance their service, particularly with large crowds and limited space. They are strategically placed throughout the main concourse and offer the ability to adjust locations when needed.
On the lower level, the expansive Hullabaloo Market offers a high-tech, grab-and-go concessions experience. Guests can enter, pick up what they need, and check out quickly using Mashgin’s AI terminals which intelligently recognize the items placed within them. There’s no wait and no scanning barcodes required. Shorter lines means that students and guests can get back to their seats quickly—and never miss a moment of the action.
