With a quick scan of their boarding pass and a short quiz, passengers receive tailored recommendations, such as personalized walking routes, estimated times, and dining or shopping options. This data can be accessed directly at the kiosk or sent to their mobile phones, ensuring travelers feel confident and informed at every stage of their journey.
